Coaches Resources
This is everything you need to know. From registration, block schedules, coaches check in, and what is required from you.
We encourage our coaches to make sure you are looking through this information prior to attending our events.
We hope that having everything in one place will create a seamless and helpful experience for you and your athletes.
Liability Waivers
These can be found on Regchamp and through your finalized registration.
Parents can create their own portal to sign and fill these out.
These have to be submitted prior to the event.

Registration / RegChamp Information Check List
- Athlete count is correct
- Coaches assigned to each team are correct
- Both Division and Skill Level are correct
- Waivers are completed for all athletes
music license is uploaded to RegChamp
Day of Event Coaches Check In Check List
- Waivers (uploaded through RegChamp)
- Music License (uploaded through RegChamp)
- Approved background Check (Email 1 week prior to event date)
- Photo ID Present at check in (not a Photo Copy)
**all of the things above are required to obtain a coaches pass**
Things to know
- No one is allowed in the athlete warm up room without a coach's pass (no exceptions)
- Only Coaches should be receiving a coach's pass (not a team mom, gym staff that is not a coach, parent, etc.)
- If a coach is under the age of 18, they are not required to present a background check, but photo ID is required at check in for age 15 to 17.
- We recommend all coaches be present at the time of check in
Background Checks
This is required for all Coaches or Assisting staff if they are going to be entering the athlete warm up area.
You will be required to present a current year to date greenlight background check along with a current non expired photo ID
Exceptions
- Current School IDs are excepted (you have been cleared through the state to be working with anyone under the age of 18)
Please Email or Upload to RegChamp 1 week Prior to the event date.
If brought the day of you will have to present a physical printed copy of the background check and Physical Photo ID.
*** Photos on phones will not be excepted***
